Privacy Policy

Effective 31 October 2026

1. What this covers

This policy explains what PerpIntel (“the Service”) collects about you, why, and the third parties involved in running it. It applies to the website, the terminal and the account you use to access them.

2. Account data and sign-in

If you register with email and password, we store your email and a salted password hash. If you choose Google, we receive your Google account identifier and basic profile information, including your email and name. Your subscription plan and Stripe customer identifier are associated with your PerpIntel account.

Sessions are random opaque tokens in an HTTP-only cookie; only a cryptographic hash of each token is stored server-side. Verification and password-recovery email is delivered through Resend when configured. The delivery provider processes the destination email address and message, including its expiring one-use link.

3. Payments — processed by Stripe

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Card numbers and other payment details go directly to Stripe's hosted checkout and billing portal; PerpIntel never sees or stores them. We retain only the Stripe customer identifier linked to your account so the portal can be reopened.

4. Market data and chart providers

Live prices, funding, open interest, order-book and kline data are requested by your browser directly from Binance's public API while the terminal is open. The chart library runs inside PerpIntel, and Binance supplies the traded market data.

5. Workspace preferences — stored on your device

Layout, appearance, alert rules, market order and calculator presets are saved in your browser's local storage and are removed when you clear site data. If you enable Telegram delivery, triggered alert messages are sent through our server to Telegram; the optional delivery service processes those messages.

6. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site trackers. We do not request wallet access, API keys, or exchange credentials — the terminal is read-only market intelligence.

7. Retention and deletion

Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active. Account closure and data requests are handled through support; there is currently no self-service account deletion control. Optional Telegram pairing codes and the verified private chat identifier are stored against your account so messages reach the destination you connected. Disconnecting Telegram removes that connection. Device-stored preferences disappear when you clear your browser storage. Stripe retains its own billing records under its retention policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your personal data. Use the support channels listed on the site and we will direct the request to the relevant processor.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
