1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PerpIntel (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

PerpIntel provides research and analytics tooling for crypto perpetual-futures markets, including market context, model-generated forecasts and historical prediction records.

The Service is provided for information purposes only. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, trading or tax advice, and no content is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. Markets in perpetual futures are highly volatile and you can lose your entire stake. All trading decisions are yours alone.

You assume full and sole responsibility for every decision and action you take in connection with the Service. You acknowledge that trading perpetual futures involves extreme risk, including total loss of your capital and forced liquidation of positions, and that you use the Service entirely at your own risk.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to access parts of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping at abusive rates, no resale or redistribution of data or model outputs without written permission, no attempts to circumvent access controls, and no use of the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Model outputs and accuracy

Forecasts, signals and statistics produced by the Service are probabilistic model outputs, may be wrong, may be delayed, and are not guaranteed to be complete or available. Past performance of any model or strategy does not indicate future results.

You agree that you will not rely on any output of the Service as a primary basis for any trading decision, and that any such reliance is entirely at your own risk.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that data or model outputs will be correct or complete, or that defects will be corrected. No oral or written advice obtained from us creates any warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in those jurisdictions the exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will PerpIntel or its operators, owners, officers, employees, contractors or suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind whatsoever, including trading losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost capital, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or cost of substitute services, arising out of or in any way connected with the Service or these terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the first claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you further release and forever discharge PerpIntel and its operators from any and all claims, demands and causes of action of every kind arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.

Nothing in the Service constitutes an offer, solicitation or advice. You acknowledge that the exclusion or limitation of liability in this section is a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and us, and that the Service would not be provided without it. If any part of this section is held unenforceable, the remaining parts, and the exclusion/limitation as applied to any lesser set of claims or damages, remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PerpIntel and its operators, owners, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your trading decisions, your violation of these terms or applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these terms or is harmful to other users or to us.
